The best way to bounce the inforay service is using the Enterprise Manager. Doing it from the services window might leave some processes unbounced.

Inforay can not retrieve column info
When connection to a MS-sql db using inforay, the apllication can't retreive column info if the table or view is not in the DBO schema.
